Why it matters

Ad platforms spend on the purchases they can see.

Miss a sale and the platform thinks the campaign failed. Count it twice and it thinks the campaign works better than it does.

"recently the purchase count mismatch with woocommerce data"

"it's currently counting double the purchases... I'm not technical enough to do this on my own, unfortunately"

How it works

Sent twice. Counted once.

Ad blockers and privacy settings stop some pixel events. The copy from your server still arrives. Both carry the same ID, so the platform keeps one.

  1. 1

    Turn on a platform

Paste its pixel ID and access token. Each field says where in the platform to find it.

  2. 2

    Test the connection

Test connection checks the server-side credentials against the platform's live API.

  3. 3

    Watch the activity log

Every server-side send is listed with what the platform answered.

What it sends, and where

Each platform gets events in its own format. The deduplication key is what lets it match the browser event to the server one.

Cached pages

Consent is decided in the visitor's browser through the WP Consent API, for pixels and server sends alike. A cached page never carries one visitor's choice to the next.

Proof of every send

The activity log shows each server-side event, the platform that received it, and its answer, including the platform's reason when a send fails.

Where events come from

WooCommerce: view item, add to cart (classic and blocks), view cart, remove from cart, begin checkout, purchase and refund. Leads from Contact Form 7, Gravity Forms, WPForms, Fluent Forms and Elementor Pro. WordPress sign-ups and search.

Payments confirmed later

When a gateway confirms an order minutes later, or you mark it paid, the purchase is still sent with the shopper's consent and ad-click data, not yours.

An honest comparison

Track Them All or Meta for WooCommerce?

Meta's own plugin is free and does something we don't.

Questions

Will it work with my caching plugin?

Yes. Consent is read in each visitor's browser instead of being baked into the cached page.

Do I need Google Tag Manager?

No. Track Them All adds each platform's tag itself and sends the server events from WordPress.

Does it work without WooCommerce?

Yes, for form leads, sign-ups and search. Server events still go out in the background, with retries.

Where does my customers' data go?

Only to the platforms you turn on, and with a consent plugin only for visitors who consented. Emails and phone numbers are normalised and SHA-256 hashed first. The license check sends ZealDen your key, site address, a random site ID, the plugin's main file name and your WordPress, PHP and plugin versions, never visitor data.

Are subscription renewals counted as new purchases?

No. WooCommerce Subscriptions renewals aren't reported as purchases unless you turn that on.
