# Dokan vendors

> Let Dokan vendors sell licensed software, and see their licenses in their dashboard.

With Dokan active, vendors turn on licensing in Dokan's product form and set the site limit, how long the license works and how keys are made. Their sales issue keys, just as yours do. You set the updates period, latest version, changelog and beta in the product's **Licensing** tab.

**Dashboard › Licenses** lists the licenses of the products a vendor owns: the key's last characters, the product, the customer's name, the status, the expiry and the sites used. It's read-only.
